We deliver nationwide to any New Zealand Street address:
Your items will be delivered by courier to any New Zealand street address (we do not deliver to PO Box addresses). To ensure successful delivery, please ensure you enter accurate information at checkout.
The freight cost will be determined at the checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days and an email will be sent with your tracking number when shipped. All packages are shipped via a trackable courier.
We expect delivery of your order to be within 1-3 business days for North Island and 2-5 business days for South Island. Rural deliveries may take an additional 2 business days to arrive. Please be mindful that long weekends/public holidays or severe weather conditions can cause a delay in delivery.
If you haven’t received your order please visit your tracking link to see where it is. If there is an issue upon tracking it e.g. lost in transit or damaged please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and advise your name, the issue and tracking number.
Damages and Loss – Online Orders
Please carefully inspect your online order when it arrives and let us know immediately if any items are damaged, missing or incorrect.
If you believe a product is faulty, damaged or has a quality issue please email email@example.com with information about the issue. We may request supporting images, including the best before date or proof of damage.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible which may be in the form of replacement goods or in some circumstances, an online store credit.
